Key Responsibilities

Analyze data trends, transaction volumes, and system performance to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with Product Managers to define the product roadmap and align features with business goals
Work with design and UX teams to enhance user experience and gather feedback on payment processes


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or a related field preferred
Deep understanding of payments regulations, billing workflows, and RCM industry best practices preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development and client-facing teams
