Let's talk.About the Role:We're seeking an ambitious and creative Campaign Manager to design, execute, and optimize high-impact global and opportunistic campaigns. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, generating demand, and accelerating pipeline growth. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to craft campaigns that deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Planning: - Develop global campaign strategies aligned with Aircall's business objectives, target personas, and key industries.
- Identify and prioritize opportunistic campaigns to capitalize on market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Set clear goals, timelines, and KPIs for each campaign.
- Campaign Execution and Management:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, events, social, website, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure global campaigns are localized and culturally relevant.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless campaign delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with content, product marketing, and creative teams to develop compelling assets and messaging.
- Work closely with demand generation and sales teams to ensure campaigns are effectively driving pipeline growth.
- Align with data and analytics teams to track performance and ROI.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Maintain dashboards to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Market and Competitor Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
- Identify opportunities for Aircall to differentiate and capture market share.Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity: Innovative mindset to develop engaging, out-of-the-box campaigns.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and HockeyStack.Compensation:$120,000 - $150,000 a yearThis is not including equity and other benefits.
