Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor teams in dental pricing and analytics to achieve strategic objectives
Oversee the development of pricing strategies that balance profitability with growth
Drive data analytics initiatives to enhance business performance and decision-making


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
Active status in the Society of Actuaries and American Academy of Actuaries
10+ years of progressive experience in actuarial roles, including leadership in pricing and/or data analytics
Proven experience managing teams in a collaborative environment
