A company is looking for a Data Analyst II responsible for handling analytical data needs and complex data requests.



Key Responsibilities

Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and interface with senior management and stakeholders
Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts and manage multiple projects while communicating risks and issues


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
Experience with financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data analysis
Familiarity with IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting
