Key Responsibilities

Conduct training workshops and in-depth product reviews for customers
Perform health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and problem resolution


Required Qualifications and Education

Enterprise level support experience with Power BI and SQL performance optimization
Extensive experience in Power BI development and solution design
Proficiency in DAX and understanding of Data Warehouse concepts
Experience with SQL Server on IaaS and architectural solutions for High Availability
