Key Responsibilities

Establish and optimize financial processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Drive strategic decision-making through financial modeling, metrics tracking, and business analytics

Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership roles in controlling and FP&A functions
Deep expertise in US GAAP, financial planning, and strategic analysis
Strong technical background with modern finance systems and automation tools
