Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Floating Banker/Teller to join our team at Banner Bank. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will provide back-up teller/banker coverage and assistance at various branch locations within a specific geographic region.Responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures while providing exceptional client service.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products/services and referring clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations, meeting minimum referral standards set by Manager.
• Provide back-up teller coverage or back-up personal banker coverage and assistance at retail branch locations within a specific geographic region.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 or more years of teller experience including sales experience with established goals (Required)
  • Travel 50%What We Offer:
