As a Sr. Privacy Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving T-Mobile's privacy and data management programs.What you'll do in your role. - Enhance enterprise-wide data processes and help deploy automation that empower business and product stakeholders to own and drive compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, delivery, support, compliance, and audit teams to advance project roadmaps in alignment with our privacy and data policies.
- Evaluate business systems, data flows, project plans, and change requests for consistency with legal requirements, privacy policies, standards, and program objectives.
- Operationalize privacy and data requirements through simplified technical specifications.
- Author and prioritize requirements to ensure privacy features are built into product launches.
- Promote business and technical team self-service capabilities through new and enhanced processes and tools. The experience you'll bring.
- 5+ years of business systems analysis and operations, risk management, compliance, project management, and/or delivering tech portfolios from inception to delivery across organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in a privacy or technology-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to agile business strategies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success with identifying and resolving compliance-impacting issues by working with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and implement viable solutions.
- Experience translating legal/business rules into functional or technical requirements.
- Experience working directly with product, program, and engineering teams on project scope, requirements, features, roadmap, delivery, and launch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations. Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a privacy program or compliance program management role.
