A company is looking for an Accounting Assistant responsible for maintaining accounts payable and receivable functions.



Key Responsibilities

Process receipts, maintain cash receipt files, and assist with accounts receivable tracking
Assist with accounts payable by entering invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor files
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while providing accounting system reports as required


Required Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum two years of experience in an accounting or billing support position preferred
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance laws and regulations
Experience with complex accounting software systems, Costpoint preferred
