Key Responsibilities

Support Member/non-Member sales and service through various communication channels related to travel products
Book and counsel on domestic air, rail, hotel, and car reservations, focusing on vendor products
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and meet established performance requirements


Required Qualifications

18 months of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required
