The successful candidate for this position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; or Denver, CO *** Job Overview We're on the hunt for a Senior Campaign Manager for Acquisition Direct Marketing who's not only savvy in managing and executing direct marketing campaigns, but also highly skilled in developing direct marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in performance-based marketing, a deep understanding of marketing analytics, and expertise in designing and executing test-and-learn plans and audience strategies. This role involves engaging prospects through channels like email and direct mail while using performance data and customer data to derive insights that guide our strategy. If you thrive on diving into data, analyzing marketing performance, and developing insights to influence strategies, we want to meet you. Your mission: ensure our campaigns are timely, high-quality, and hit the mark every time. You'll also be responsible for spotting process improvements and making our campaigns more efficient. You'll need a proven track record of using marketing analytics to influence campaign decisions and work closely with various teams to ensure our programs are aligned with business goals.What You'll Do:Lead the Team: Train, onboard, manage assignments, and set priorities.Drive Business Rhythm: Engage in quarterly planning, forecasting, monthly business reviews, and end-of-year summaries.Campaign Planning and Development: - Identify target audiences and create customer segmentation strategies.
- Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create test-and-learn plans and/or A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns for targeted campaigns.
- Leverage CRM systems to segment customer lists and personalize marketing messages.
- Track campaign metrics like CPIGA, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.Campaign Execution and Management:
- Manage the execution of direct marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like creative, design, and IT to ensure smooth campaign delivery.Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Present findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (required)Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience managing CRM campaigns (5+ years preferred)
- 2-4 years of project management experience, juggling multiple projects at once (3+ years preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in the wireless cable or subscriber-based industry, developing CRM programs (3+ years preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies
- 2-4 years of experience in up/cross-selling, loyalty campaign management, and performance analysis
- Less than 2 years of research design and training experienceRequired Skills:
