Errands, purchasing, buying, pickup of items, delivery, Vehicle cleanliness. Must have clean driving record. Knowledge of the city. Must pass 7 year felony and Misdemeanor, 9 panel drug screen and motor vehicle record.



Hours

Will vary, typically Tuesday to Saturday from 9a to 4p. Should expect 25-30 hours per week except during setup and teardown periods where hours/days are increased



Duties

Do all the errands, sourcing, purchasing, buying, pick up and delivery of local purchases for the Site Operations Department and other departments;

Handling and balancing petty cash on a daily basis;

Keep the production vehicle clean and tidy (CDS provides the vehicle);

Help the Purchasing & Administration Coordinator (PAC) sourcing local suppliers for the next market.

Requirements

Have a valid driver¿s license and a very good driving record;

Have strong knowledge of the city and places to source technical supplies in a timely manner;

Have knowledge of construction/technical materials;

Have to be trust worthy (will have cash for errands and/or credit card);

Have good logistical and organizational abilities;

Able to work under pressure and on changing schedule;

Good knowledge in English and language of the Region;

Potential for heavy lifting, may work on one¿s feet for up to 10 hours, work in loud environment;

Availability for the whole city duration;

Punctual and reliable.
