  Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN, ASAP and for 13 weeks
  3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
  
  Start date: Orientation held every other week on Thursday
  Ratios: 1:5
  Average Daily Census: 25 - Adults & Geriatrics
  Years of experience REQ: 2 Years Minimum; 1 Year In-Specialty Experience Required
  First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirement is met
  Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
  Certs REQ: BLS; ACLS
  No On-Call Requirement
  Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes when applicable
  Will consider blocked schedule accommodation - discuss in interview
  100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
  Pending License accepted: Can SUBMIT with pending license; but cannot start without active WV/Compact RN license
  RTO Restrictions: None - discuss RTO during interview
  Guaranteed Hours: 36
  Special Requirements: IV Start, Telemetry Skills

  Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
  Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
