Key Responsibilities

Book travel plans for clients using omnichannel methods in accordance with their travel policies
Review travel arrangements with clients and provide consultative alternatives while documenting relevant information
Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries and support travel operations staff



Required Qualifications

Five plus years of experience as a corporate travel consultant, focusing on complex international reservations
Proficiency in any GDS system, with SABRE preferred
Strong ability to utilize omnichannel technologies effectively
Familiarity with online booking tools such as Concur, GetThere, or Deem
