A company is looking for a Temp Trial Attorney - Insurance (Remote, but in MN).



Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire legal process from investigation and discovery through trial preparation and court proceedings
Research applicable laws to develop legal strategies and communicate them with claims representatives and clients
Establish and maintain relationships with claims representatives and clients, and conduct training sessions as needed



Required Qualifications

Membership in the Minnesota Bar
A minimum of six years of successful experience as an attorney
JD degree
Appropriate special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
