Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the intellectual property strategy for pre-clinical and clinical programs
Partner with R&D to identify patentable subject matter and implement protection strategies
Conduct patent landscape analyses and provide strategic advice on transactions and collaborations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus at least 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
JD degree and membership in at least one state bar
Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
7+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution, including managing global portfolios
