A company is looking for a Case Manager I to support the Enhanced Care Advocate and ECM team with member communication and coordination.



Key Responsibilities

Identify and communicate coverage options available to members
Implement and coordinate care plans with members and various partners
Facilitate relationships with prescription drug vendors and manage ongoing support


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
At least two years of related Group Health Insurance experience
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Case Management preferred
Clinical or social work experience is a plus
