A company is looking for a Collision Document Processor Lead to assist the Accident Management Team with document processing and training new associates.



Key Responsibilities

Train new individuals on document identification and categorization of collision documents
Act as the main contact for processing questions and document system issues
Update loss report status and letter control documents based on inbound documents received


Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of Customer Service experience
Preferred knowledge of Fleet, Vehicle or Collision Repair, Subrogation, and/or Risk Management
Basic level automotive knowledge
