Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist clients with HR and financial inquiries
Process transactions related to health enrollments, payroll, and retirement plans
Initiate outbound calls to update customers on pending cases or inquiries


Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
High School diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
