Key Responsibilities

Administer vendor contracts and collaborate with internal teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts
Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide guidance under the direction of counsel
Support various legal matters including litigation, intellectual property, and corporate governance


Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
5+ years of paralegal experience preferred, with consideration for well-qualified candidates with less experience
3+ years experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
Prior in-house experience is a plus
