Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of voluntary benefit claims, ensuring accurate and timely decisions
Conduct thorough investigations to determine eligibility and financial accuracy of claims

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
2+ years of Group Benefits experience strongly preferred
Experience administering any Group Benefits claims product preferred
Proficiency with MS Office applications required
