Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clinical, technical, and business teams to manage a clinician network
Design frameworks and tools to model network capacity and identify gaps
Develop and maintain centralized data models and interactive dashboards for decision-making


Required Qualifications:

BS/Masters degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
Experience in a clinical organization, including demand forecasting and quality metrics
Advanced proficiency in SQL and solid proficiency in Python/R
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate across functions
