Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations. Experience in training and enhancing clinical competencies. Track record in implementing risk management and quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision, preferably in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting. 6 months - 1 year previous clinical experience 6 months Long Term Care Experience LPN Supervisor Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies. Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching. Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
