Key Responsibilities

Build and implement the Employee Relations function, including strategic roadmap and training
Conduct impartial investigations and maintain compliance with labor laws across regions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in employee relations and internal investigations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
