Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring satisfaction with software and services
Follow the company's Implementation Methodology for customer projects and manage timelines effectively
Guide clients in configuring software to meet their business needs and conduct tailored training sessions


Qualifications

University degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or a related field with equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of software implementation experience preferred
Industry experience in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene is preferred; professional designations are an asset
