Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with LOB to develop specific training
Deliver LOB training as needed and complete monthly audits
Communicate audit results to LOB and support training needs


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Home state adjuster license required
At least 5 years of progressive claims experience in workers compensation
Ability to develop training content and understanding of workflows
