A company is looking for a Group Retention Executive to manage and grow membership within existing accounts.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee customer account management for existing 2 - 99 ancillary accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements
Build relationships with brokers and agents and achieve retention sales goals
Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns and act as a liaison for escalated issues


Required Qualifications

2+ years' experience in selling or retaining within the employer group insurance environment
Understanding of employer procurement processes
Client management experience
Business and financial acumen
