Key Responsibilities

Lead improvements and optimizations within the Workday HRIS platform
Drive continuous improvement of HR operational processes and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to enhance HR processes and ensure compliance


Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HRIS (Workday) administration and/or HR operations
Extensive experience in managing and optimizing HRIS systems and configurations
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in creating reports and data visualizations in Workday
