Bring your expertise to a dynamic team where you'll navigate exciting product offerings and boost customer satisfaction by solving inquiries related to product access and order management.Responsibilities - Assist customers with account lookup and navigation, manage product access extensions, adjustments, and other related issues.
- Respond to inquiries concerning order entry, amendments, subscriptions, and queries concerning existing orders from multiple sources.
- Track and resolve customer inquiries from start to finish using established protocols to tackle routine issues.
- Maintain database records ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to company policies.
- Communicate escalations such as enhancement requests, bugs, and product issues effectively.
- Monitor quality control across all customer interactions using provided systems.
- Meet service level agreements and deadlines to minimize backlogs.
- Empower the company's brand advocacy and customer loyalty by embodying client values.
- Work flexible extended hour shifts as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.Requirements
- Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Hagerstown, MD 21740.
- Must have previous customer service experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365.
- Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center role or equivalent (including training).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.Preferred skills
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to uphold professionalism and high service standards during challenging customer interactions.
