The Executive Director of the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches (NACCC) is a leadership role responsible for guiding the Association and its affiliated Congregational Foundation toward achieving its mission and strategic goals. -The Executive Director will craft and execute a strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, elected leaders, and member churches while providing essential support and resources to deliver impactful assistance to churches and clergy. -This role includes overseeing the work of NACCC staff, boards, councils, and committees, fostering transparency and openness within governance.
