This role will specifically focus on automation projects to build scalable reporting solutions that yield actionable insights to help drive business growth and efficiency. This intern position is year-round, accommodating a part-time schedule during the school year and full-time during breaks and summer.Delivers ResultsDemonstrated ability to shift priorities to accommodate urgency and demand.Communicates EffectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.Adapts to SituationsA passion for continual learning, data, and finding insights beneath the surface.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.What You'll Do and Impact: Assist with financial planning and analysis including preparing monthly reporting packages used by finance and line of business leadership. Create and analyze reporting to support strategic initiatives with a focus on forecasting and forward-looking insights. Support BI tool migration, leveraging existing frameworks and data models, to automate reporting currently done in Excel using PowerBI and other tools. Collaborate and assist in day-to-day finance & accounting activities to support team members. Present project outcomes and learnings to the team and leadership.Experience:Sophomore or higher standing in a 4-year undergraduate program, or in a graduate program, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or similar.GPA of 3.3 or higher.Ability to work full time during the summer (-40 hours/week) and part-time during the school year (-15-20 hours/week).Additional Items of Interest:Previous experience in finance, quantitative business analysis, statistics, or analytics in extracurriculars, hobbies, or internships.Experience using Query languages and BI Platforms (SQL, Power BI, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr More...
