- Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales transactions, and customer service standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train store staff. Schedule and supervise employees, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Team Player:
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints, provide product recommendations, and maintain a clean, organized store.
