Must reside in geographical area. Broad Scope & Purpose: The Account Executive sells the PharmacyKeeper portfolio to hospitals and IDN's. They build relationships with decision makers, expand accounts, and navigate a complex buying process. What is encouraged of you for success in your role - Demonstrates advanced knowledge of BD, MMS portfolio, IV workflow management market, and PharmacyKeeper solutions including: key competitors, terminology, technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement and government regulation;
- Leads the way in achieving balance throughout the sales cycle, from account discovery to pipeline development, and implementing new business strategies for consistent and balanced outcomes.
- Builds and implements opportunity plans
- Consistently applies all available resources within own business unit and involves other BD business units in consistently completing the sales process. What is encouraged of you and others at this level in Direct Sales for success
- Applies knowledge of the customer's business to develop efficient solutions
- Proactively and with a regular cadence demonstrates to the customer the defined value of partnering with BD
- Effectively negotiates and collaborates with the customer and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes and achieve consensus
- Builds and sustains relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensures customer happiness and dedication.
- Recognizes and assesses untapped sales prospects, devising strategies to introduce fresh solutions through collaborative connections. Accountabilities in this role
- Primary call point for acute care hospitals and IDNs who are considering purchasing, or are currently using PharmacyKeeper solutions.
- The portfolio includes all PharmacyKeeper modules including Verification, Activities, Inspections, Training, Documents, Analytics, Tracking, News & CE
- Works autonomously while maintaining positive relationships with members of the sales team including director, professional services, and support teams. Qualifications
