Genesis10 is seeking a Post Approval Coordinator for a 12 month contract position, working with an insurance provider in the Franklin, WI area.

Compensation: - $16.00 - 17.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill level and experience. -



Work Schedule: - -8:30-5:00pm, Monday to Friday



Responsibilities: -

• 
  
• Responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms that are required for our insurance policies can be placed in-force
  
• Communicate via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests
  
• Requests include explaining processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are in good order, resolving documents that are not in good order, preparing documents for electronic signatures, and answering status questions
  
• Understand the request and determine -the appropriate course of action or potential solutions using available resources
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma -
    
  • 1-3 years of related experience
    
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills -
    
  • Interact tactfully and professionally with internal and external customers -
    
  • Strong written and oral communication skills -
    
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
    
  • Strong customer service skills and proven-ability to build rapport
    
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively -
    
  • Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills -
    
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
