Join this dynamic team and grow your career in a supportive and challenging environment.Key Responsibilities - Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, track schedules, and report potential delays or issues.
- Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, contracts, and schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve construction challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction, with knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
