The position will perform daily work assignments accurately and in a timely and safe manner. This position will independently evaluate, select, and apply standardized scientific and techniques to assignments of moderate complexity, involving potentially conflicting design requirements, unavailability of materials or processes, etc. This position seeks continual improvement of work practices from experience with moderate-sized projects and develops extensions to existing methods and protocols.This is a full-time on-site hourly position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pmCatalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and--compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.--The Role: -- - Maintain organization and 5S standard in the development area
- Accurately complete routine and preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Work on projects involving innovation and process improvements
- Write protocols and draft reports
- Display knowledge of protein purification and analysis
- Execute small and pilot scale purification experiments including automated chromatography (AKTA platform), filtration, clarification, column packing, and tangential flow filtration with a moderate degree of guidance
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 1-3 years of related experience
- Must comply with EHS responsibilities for the position
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds is required
