This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is a hybrid position. When in the office, you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking a Director / RN Director, Ambulatory Operations - Surgical to:

• Direct and lead clinic operational, financial, programmatic, and human resources related activities.
  
• Provide an experience and environment of patient- and family-centered care.
  
• Ensure development of Ambulatory Operations initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and family centered care.

    Qualifications
    
    
    
    
    
    
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Required
      
    • If an RN, a Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN) degree is required Required
      
    • Master's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration Preferred
      
      
      
      Work Experience
      
      
      
      
      
      • 5 years of relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs Required
        
      • Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations Preferred
        
        
        
        Licenses & Certifications
        
        
        
        
        
        • Registered Nurse (RN) License (or) Required
          
        • Minimum Education and Work Requirements in lieu of License if non-RN Required
          
        • Registered nurse Preferred
          
        • Wisconsin RN license Preferred
