  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.\n
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patients' progress, ensuring safety and adherence to established protocols.\n
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for long-term care residents.\n
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.\n
  • Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs, medication administration, and overall progress.\n
  • Educate residents and their families on health conditions, care needs, and treatment options.\n
  • Respond to and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring timely interventions and care coordination.\n
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families, promoting a positive living environment.\n
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations related to long-term care.\n
