We are in need of an in-house Customer Relations Specialist / Lead Generation Manager to join our growing Real Estate Investment team. You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and setting appointments for our Home Buying Specialist. Compensation- $45,000 - $50,000 + $15,000+ bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Management
--- Conduct outbound calls from provided targeted niche lists
--- Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer sale of their property
--- Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist
--- Follow-up with leads as needed
--- Manage call lists and update the CRM system daily
--- Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using a KPI spreadsheet


Inbound Lead Management
--- Be available to receive Inbound Lead calls from various sources (website, PPC, TV, mailers, referrals...)
--- Assist callers with questions they have about our process and determine how we can be of value to them
--- Use the provided specific script language to determine the motivation
--- Schedule Home Buying Specialists appointments

Qualifications:
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- ------Computer skills and knowledge of REsimpli CRM a plus
--- ------Proficient with Google Suite and Excel
--- ------Strong organizational skills
--- Real Estate sales experience a plus but not required
--- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
