We hope you'll visit our website and learn more about Zurn Elkay at zurnelkay.com.If you're ready to join a company where what you do makes a difference and you have pride in the work you are doing, talk to us about joining the Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation family!Job DescriptionThis Internal Audit Manager, reporting to the Vice President-Internal Audit, is primarily responsible for the development and execution of the annual risk-based Audit Plan to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of key financial and operational controls / processes, serving as a business partner to management by communicating actionable, valued-added solutions.This position is located in our Milwaukee, WI Headquarters.Key Accountabilities - Lead the development and execution of the annual risk-based Audit Plan, including the following:
- Audits of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
- Operational and compliance audits and ad-hoc special projects
- Consultative assistance
- External auditor assistance / coordination
- People management:
- Supervise, develop, and coach Internal Audit (IA) team members and external consultants as applicable
- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across ZWS platforms and functions
- Project management:
- Prepare IA department budget and forecasts
- Schedule timing, resourcing and logistics for audits and projects
- Manage the scoping / planning, fieldwork, post-fieldwork and reporting for audits and projects
- Follow-up on remediation status of audit issues to ensure timely closure
- Drive continuous improvement of Internal Audit processes and approach, including data analyticsQualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting and/or Internal Audit, preferably in a global manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience preferre
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel and Data Analytics skills
- Ability to travel 10-15%Capabilities and Success Factors
