  Unit Specific Skillset: Critical thinking skills, motivated, strong knowledge of cardiac surgery, Must be up and running solo in 2 weeks. 3 CV rooms,.
  
  Required skills: Off and on pump bypass graft cases, AVR, MVR, TVR, Full maze, minimally invasive maze, thorascopic/thoracotomy, pacemakers, TAVR, pericardial windows Ascending Aortic Disections with subclavian cannulation is a MUST. Prefer robotics trained with thoracic cases.
  
  Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
  3 CVOR rooms, 3 surgeons. About 45 cases per month
