We are currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Personal Care Workers (PCW), to join us in providing excellent care for our residents. We offer a generous starting wage between $17.25 - $20.50 based on experience. We have full and part-time positions available for all shifts. As a Personal Caregiver/CNA, there will never be a work day that is exactly the same. You will be responsible for a variety of aspects pertaining to the health and well-being of your patients. Staying up to date on training and facility policy and procedures Answering patient calls and determining the best way to help them Assist with activities of daily living Reporting changes in the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients to relevant parties Mobility support, assisting with maintaining personal hygiene Additionally, if trained and are certified they may be assisting with medication administration Maintaining a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment Answering patient calls We also offer the following incentives: Medical Insurance - (Must work 30+ hours per week) Dental Vision Short-term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time Off Vacation match A FAMILY-LIKE ENVIRONMENT & A SENSE OF BELONGING Paid training (Onsite CBRF training) All positions require working every other weekend and a holiday rotation.
