Position Title: Clinic Manager - Specialty ClinicsLocation: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital CampusRole & Department: Clinic Management in the Specialty ClinicsHours & Shift: Full-time (1.0 FTE) day shift position, Monday through Friday scheduleRole Responsibilities:The Clinic Manager at Upland Hills Health is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned clinics in alignment with the organization's Mission, Vision, and ValuesThis role involves coordinating with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic personnel, hospital departments that work in collaboration with the clinics and other stakeholders to ensure efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and exceptional customer satisfactionFoster productive relationships with physicians and midlevel providers, promoting a positive and cohesive practice environmentCoordinate all practice activities, including staff supervision, provider relations, and patient interactionsManage daily operations, including staff and patient scheduling, to optimize efficiency and productivityPrioritize patient satisfaction through attentive customer service and effective issue resolutionCollaborate with the administrative team to address operational and financial challenges, aiming for continuous improvementSafe, Quality Care: Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Lead quality improvement initiatives and prepare necessary reports for review by relevant stakeholders Ensure compliance with core measures, patient safety goals, and accreditation standards Participate in site visits and reviews to maintain high standards of care and regulatory complianceHigh Patient Satisfaction: Cultivate a clinic culture focused on customer service, patient safety, and employee engagement Analyze patient satisfaction survey data and implement initiatives to enhance the patient experienceEffective Human Resource Management: Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with others Supervise and coach clinic staff, addressing issues promptly and conduct regular performance evaluations Facilitate team meetings and support staff development and onboarding processesTeam Building: Promote teamwork and empower staff to identify and solve problems independently Provide guidance and mentorship during the onboarding process and beyondStrong Financial Performance: Identify strategies for practice growth and assist in their execution Manage clinic budgets, approve purchases, and analyze financial performance to meet or exceed targets Present annual capital requests and contribute to financial planning effortsOther Responsibilities: Represent Upland Hills Health positively in community relations and external interactions Maintain professional conduct and adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements Participate in committees and mandatory training sessions as required Practice infection control measures and ensure patient and staff confidentiality Respond appropriately to emergency situations and adhere to established protocolsQualifications:Graduate from an accredited school of nursingLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of WisconsinBachelor's degree in nursing preferred, but not requiredA minimum of three years of healthcare management experience required, preferably in an outpatient services capacityAbility to exercise independent judgment, recognize needs of patients and staff, and apply principles of proper management and personnel supervisionStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to foster good working relationships at all organizational levelsProficient in managing stressful situations, facilitating conflict management, and initiating positive changeDemonstrated knowledge and competence in clinical services operations and financial managementEmployee Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packages available for both part and full-time employees!
