Interface directly with customers to understand design requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams and suppliers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Alignment: Partner with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing) to ensure customer and supplier requirements align with company capabilities and ISO 13485 medical device compliance standards.
- Optimize Processes: Implement design-for-manufacturing principles, define quality controls, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement.
- Supplier and Manufacturing Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
- Work Schedule: Flexible 40-45 hours per week; in-office 4 days with an optional remote day.
