As a Licensed Clinician, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will provide patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, and intensive outpatient programs.

This is a full-time 1.0 position (26 billable hours / 40 total hours per week) that offers the ability to flex your schedule to meet your needs and the needs of the client. The position is based out of our office at 12970 W. Bluemound Rd. in Elm Grove, WI. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of this location. Opportunities to occasionally work from home doing telehealth sessions may be considered. This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus potential. -

Primary Responsibilities:


    Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
    Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
    Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students
    Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
    Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods -
    Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
    Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

      Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy -
      AActive, unrestricted, independent clinical license in the state of Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) or ability to obtain in 90 days
      Willing and able to work on-site at 12970 W. Bluemound Rd. in Elm Grove

      Preferred Qualifications:

        2+ years professional social work / clinical experience, post Master's degree
        Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families -
        Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
        Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness

        The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
