What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives
  
• Anticipate industry trends and technological advancements to guide innovative solutions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical goals with broader organizational and customer needs
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse engineering team
  
• Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of engineering staff
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, inclusion, and technical excellence
  
• Manage complex engineering projects from conception to implementation
  
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  
• Provide technical leadership in control systems, SCADA, DCS, and MES
  
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in process automation
  
• Oversee the development of robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions that meet current and future needs
  
• Establish key performance indicators for the engineering department
  
• Monitor and optimize engineering processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
  
  About You:
  
  
  
  • At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Control Systems, Electrical, or a related field
    
  • At least 10 years of experience in process automation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
    
  • Extensive knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, SCADA, and industrial networks
    
  • Proficiency in automation software and hardware platforms
    
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT applications in process automation
    
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects across multiple sites or regions
    
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
    
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
    
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation
    
  • Deep understanding of feed production processes, including raw material intake, dosing, grinding and mixing, pelleting, and packaging
    
  • Familiarity with asphalt plant components and processes, including batching, drum mixing, and material handling
    
  • Knowledge of automation systems specific to feed mills and asphalt plants, such as batching control systems, production tracking, and quality control measures
    
  • Awareness of emerging trends in feed mill and asphalt plant automation, including ERP integration and advanced process control techniques
    
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
    
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
