Your solid understanding of the true costs of construction increases the accuracy of margins/line items within Xactimate. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is how you are able to foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, industry related associations, and other potential business sources.You actively market the company through associations, meetings, local functions, and trade shows. You also develop and execute new marketing strategies for company growth and provide projection reports on individual loss sales and growth opportunities.
