This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.--Analyzes assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. Evaluates progress toward the attainment of outcomes.Contributes to a work environment conducive to the education of healthcare professionals.
