All residents care is provided in a manor which meets the resident's physical, mental, and psycho social needs and enables the individual to attain or maintain the highest practicable level of functioning. The resident associate maintains a "Home like" environment for the resident protects and promotes resident rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible
AM shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM FT Weekend openingsPM shift - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM FT, PT & WeekendsNOC shift 10 PM-6:30 AM FT, PT & WeekendsTasks:

• Meds Administration - monitoring
• Med Supplies and documentation
• Vitals & weights
• Laundry - wash/dry/pass out and pick up dirty laundry
• Assist with with daily personal cares dressing & undressing
• Kitchen - serve food, wash dishes, clean & set up
• Bathing
• Personal hygiene
• Housekeeping tasks emptying trash, cleaning bathroom, make beds and change bedding
• Mobility - safely transfer and ambulatory techniques
• Come to work - Excellent Attendance Key Requirements:
  • High School graduate and or 3 years relevant experience
