CNA Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support mobility needs, such as transferring residents to and from beds and wheelchairs.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature and blood pressure.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
